Website booking requests and enquiries When you submit a website request, Jawharat Bidiyah Resort collects your name, email address, telephone number and the details you provide, such as preferred accommodation, travel dates, party size and requested experiences. We use these details to respond, discuss availability and rates, and manage your request. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation; our team confirms reservations separately. Authorized resort staff can access your request. Website hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver request notifications. A session cookie and security tokens protect website forms. Contact details and free-text fields in closed website requests are anonymized 90 days after closure. Non-identifying request and outcome records may remain. This period applies to the website request database; email correspondence, operational logs and backups are managed separately. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your messaging provider handles the message under its own terms and privacy notice.
